Uche holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension. She was in Cohort 9 of the Seed Transformation Program, run by the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
After about ten years of raising her children and partly working as a pharmacist, Uche followed her true passion for education, started a learning centre, tutoring math, and preparing students for secondary school entrance exams. This has grown to include offering college counseling services to students applying to colleges and universities around the world.
Uche particularly enjoys working with teenagers and their families, helping them determine their best academic, social and financial college match, guiding them as they choose their majors and career paths, and developing a strategy to help their chance of admission. She serves as a volunteer for the Matchlighters Scholarship Program and has attended the IECA Summer Training Institute and several conferences and workshops for Independent Educational Consultants. She is a member of the International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC).
Uche lives in Abuja, Nigeria, with her husband Bertrand and is the proud mother of four sons and one daughter.

Mrs. Tania is a seasoned administrator with over 20 years teaching experience. she started her teaching career in the year 2000 as an English teacher. Over the years, she has become very passionate in ensuring that English Language is taught in the proper way. She is also a great motivator, and an excellent leader.
